Koman Lake Albania Attractions

Created when the Drini Valley was dammed, Komani Lake rests in deep gorges between the towns of Komani and Fierza; two ferries travel between the towns on the lake. The boats get packed with visitors, locals, and even animals as residents move between the two towns on their daily commute.
Try to grab a seat on a ferry close to the water to appreciate the tall cliffs on either side. The cliffs' jagged faces are dotted with trees and brush growth, but the rest of the shore is sparsely populated.
